Artist's Comments

This is a tutorial about photographic lighting and some of the different effects you can get with less costly gear. In it I compare and contrast the appearance of images produced using fairly expensive ($4000+) pro lighting gear against images produced using $55 light sets purchased on Ebay.

I include explanations and set-up shots of the images being produced.

Very useful. I'm not a professional photographer, but i like to know about these tricks. Who knows, maybe in the near future i will start doing these things too ;)

Love how your model expresses her opinion as the setup wears on :-) I am sure she is a good sport.

Thank you for your kindness, sharing your knowledge with us younger folks. I have access to my university studio, but now that I have graduated, need to find other sources and just can't rent studios with high quality equipment yet.

Thanks for sharing the knowledge and the love, man !
