Hasselblad film back frame

Description

Hasselblad negative/filed out negative carrier border look. Now you can duplicate the high fashion look made popular by Avedon and others. Back in the day (as they say) we used to file out the edges of our negative carriers, so that a little bit of the frame of the negative was exposed when printing. It's a bit of technical arrogance - it says "I don't crop my images" and "my exposures are perfect" The cut-marks at the corners and the two little triangular cut-outs are unique to the old Hasselblad 120mm film backs. Just make sure that you keep the frame square or it'll ruin the effect.

I scanned this from one of my old photos from the 90s and knocked the image out.
